Transpose with Paste Special

 

There are several rows in your possession. They should be columns, as you like. alternatively, the reverse. Moving things cell by cell would drive you crazy. To paste the data in a different orientation, copy it, choose Paste Special, check the Transpose box, and click OK. Rows transform into columns, and columns transform into rows.
