Wrapping Text and Line Breaks
It can be difficult to put into spreadsheet cells since by default, the text you type just keeps going forever without looping down to a new line. You can alter that. By pressing Alt + Enter, you can start a new line (using Enter once only exits the cell). Alternatively, you can choose to have all text wrap to the very edge of the cell you are in by selecting the Wrap Text option under the Home tab. The text will re-wrap to fit when you resize the row or column.
Before clicking Wrap Text, make sure that all of the cells with text overruns are selected. Alternately, you can click Wrap Text after selecting every cell and typing nothing into it. Whatever you type after that will wrap in the future.
